How to access your quote, option, reservation?
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

If this is the first time you contact Chalet des Neiges, then an email creating your customer area will be sent to you when you first request a quote or reservation option. 

If you are already a Chalet des Neiges customer, then you already have a customer area.

To access your customer area, please have your identifiert (most of the time this is your email address) and your password.

If you have any doubts about your identifier, contact the reservation service by email at info@chaletdesneiges.com or by telephone at +33 (0)4 79 390 290.

If you don't remember your password, click on "Forget password?".

Then enter your email address in the pop-up window (the one you provided when requesting a quote or reservation) then click “OK”. You will then receive a link by email to renew your password.

In the event of a problem, have your stay number starting with the letter “H” ready (you will find this number in the first column “Stay Nbr.”) and do not hesitate to contact the reservation service at + 33 (0)4 79 390 290 Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the winter season and Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. the rest of the year.

ACCESS TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Log in to your customer area. Your quote appears in the “Home” tab.

Log in to your customer area. Your quote appears in the “Home” tab.

To check or modify your stay (number of adults, children, babies, remove cancellation insurance, add options or additional services, etc.), click on the blue “Edit” icon in the “Action” column.

To pay for your stay, click on the blue “Payment deadlines” icon (€ symbol) in the “Action” column. .

Your payment deadlines appear in the payment table. Under this table, choose the type of bank card you want then click on “Reserve” at the bottom of the page on the right to access the secure online payment site.

Please note, a quote is not an option, that is to say that the apartment was not blocked when the stay offer was sent. It is therefore possible that when you wish to confirm this quote by an online payment, the process will not be successful if the apartment has been reserved in the meantime by another person. To confirm a quote, we advise you to contact the reservation department either by email at info@chaletdesneiges.com, or by telephone at +33 (0)4 79 390 290 in order to check availability together and transform your quote into an option (apartment blocked for you).

YOUR QUOTE

Do you have a reservation option and would like to pay for it?

Please note, the reservation option is limited in time (option deadline indicated on your option contract).

Log in to your customer area. Your reservation option appears in the “Reservations” tab, by selecting the current period in the “Sales Campaign” drop-down menu then click on “Ok”.

To check or modify your stay (number of adults, children, babies, remove cancellation insurance, add options or additional services, etc.), click on the blue “Edit” icon in the “Action” column; then on the link “Modify the stay (services, occupants)”. You can also modify or complete the contact details of the main contact by clicking on the link “Edit main contact details”.

To adjust your payment deadlines, click on the blue “Payment deadlines” icon (€ symbol) in the “Action”. Your payment deadlines appear in table form. Click on the “Pay” link at the end of the payment due line. A new page appears. Choose the type of bank card you want then click on “Reserve” at the bottom of the page on the right, to access the secure online payment site.

Please note, your bank card details are not automatically saved in our system for security reasons.

For the payment of your next due dates, a reminder email will be sent to you automatically. You will need to log in again to your personal space and proceed in the same way.

To download your reservation documents (confirmations, vouchers, etc.), click on the blue “Documents” icon in the “Action".

To cancel your reservation option, click on the blue “Delete this stay” icon in the “Action” column.

YOUR OPTION

Would you like to pay the balance of your stay?

Log in to your customer area. Your reservation appears in the “Reservations” tab, by selecting the current period in the “Sales campaign” drop-down menu then click on “Okay”.

To check or modify your stay (number of adults, children, babies, addition of options or additional services, etc.), click on the blue icon “Edit” in the “Action” column; then on the link “Modify the stay (services, occupants)”. You can also modify or complete the contact details of the main contact by clicking on the link “Edit main contact details”.
